As a result, many of us have personally witnessed the boundless affection and delightful company that they are capable of bestowing upon our houses and families.  

We strive to spend as much time as possible with our dogs, even though we are aware that even the healthiest and happiest ones can only live so long. 

Grieving the death of a beloved pet can have a significant impact on our lives.  

Regrettably, not everyone treats it with the gravity that some people show when they lose a loved one.
